Chris Clegg

Chris has a wide range of experience in the theatre and entertainment industry. With a background in lighting production and over 20 years working in the design industry with a focus on stage machinery and equipment for the theatre and entertainment industry.

Chris’ background in fitting and turning, toolmaking, sheet-metal fabrication, small to medium structural steelwork and machine assembly gives him the hands on experience on not only how a product is designed but also how it is manufactured, assembled and used.

His experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD allows him to produce drawings and documentation at a high level of accuracy in an efficient manner that would be second to none.

Chris has a fascination for the design of vehicles and equipment that moves or mechanisms that makes things move. The internal workings of these machines is something that he finds particularly intriguing. He enjoys working through the challenges that come with these design problems.

Chris likes to understand the requirements of the customer, client and end user and develop results that meet their needs.
